Everything that decides your token allocation and referral rewards — subscription limits, the time tier, amount weight, node tiers, the allocation formula, and the compliance and risk terms that apply.

Subscription

The minimum subscription is 100 USDC.
Amounts must be a multiple of 100 USDC (100, 200, 300, and so on).
USDC is handled at 18-decimal precision on-chain.
Your cumulative subscribed amount across all orders determines your node tier.
Funds are held by the on-chain subscription vault contract, not an operator wallet.

How your allocation is calculated

Each subscription earns a USDC-denominated bonus on top of your principal — a time tier (P) stacked with an amount weight (N). Your final token allocation is your pro-rata share of the token pool by effective credit.

Worked example · 100 USDC

bonus = 100 × 15% × 0.70 = 10.5 USDCeffective credit = 100 + 10.5 = 110.5 USDC

100 USDC with the 15% time tier and the 0.70 amount weight gives 110.5 USDC of effective credit. The token price is decided when liquidity launches — you receive your effective-credit share of the token pool.

Time tier (P)

The earlier you subscribe relative to launch, the higher your time tier. It is set automatically from the on-chain clock at the moment you subscribe.

Node tiers

Your node tier reflects the cumulative amount you have subscribed across all orders. The amount weight is cumulative too — when your total crosses into a higher tier, the new weight applies to all of your orders in the final allocation.

5%Referral rewards

Share your invite link. When someone subscribes through it, you earn 5% of their subscription amount in USDC. Direct referrals only.

Referral rewards unlock after your own 100 USDC subscription. Payouts are processed in batches — each batch moves from review to approval to on-chain payout (PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED → SUBMITTED → CONFIRMED), or is marked FAILED if it cannot be paid.

Compliance & regional limits

Every subscription is screened before it is authorized on-chain.

Each request passes a region eligibility and risk check before authorization.
Residents of restricted jurisdictions cannot subscribe.
Some requests may need additional manual review before they can proceed.
You are responsible for ensuring that participating is lawful where you live.
